THE RULES OF THE ROAD
by
CASEY HAYES
A Manual to Life…
With the Keys to the Kingdom
Preface:
Why the author wrote this manuscript...
Have you ever wondered why one person has everything going for him and another person does not? Have
you ever questioned why this man has a great job and this man does not? Has it ever crossed your mind that
there were reasons behind why some have success and money, while others do not? Why does one man have a
beautiful and expensive home while another man lives in a very modest home or apartment?
The answers to all
of these questions are contained here in this book. The specifics have been closely guarded for centuries.
This science has been used by wise men since the beginning of man. The writer has simply put this
science into a modern format, outlining the things, which only a few outstanding minds are using today. The
ideas in this book have come from all corners of the globe. The writer has collected these ideas and placed
them into a workable form, enclosed within. Let it be known that tell there is nothing difficult about
obtaining these strategies. These are secrets, which have been offered to the elite and the royal for years.
They have been in the possession of wealthy men and dignitaries for as long as man has existed. The
problem is that these secrets have never been made public. These well to do covertly decided to keep them
for one another. They did not want these secrets to come out. They have simply been
mistaken in their measurement of the facts. The truth is, there is more than enough to go around.
There is plenty for us all. There are many self-help books on the market for everything from improving memory to weight
loss, yet the writer has found that this is the only manual with practical applications, detailing all the steps necessary
for desire attainment and growth.
Wonders
will happen in your life if you use this book effectively. The following chapters will show you in great
detail, how this great power inside of you can bring you a richer and more rewarding life. You can obtain
your desires if you follow the pages in this book. This book has been written for the distinct purpose
of exposing the simple and easy techniques for acquiring one's life purpose. The techniques outlined
here can and will change your life. If you use them properly they will give you the answers for gaining
what you want out of life. If respected in the correct capacity, one may reach his destiny.
These ideals can and will change your path of meagerly existence and turn it into one of joy and success--one of wealth
and fulfillment. Practice these collected mechanics for attainment and you will get what it is you desire
in life. Whether it is a new car, a higher income, a home of your own, an incredible relationship or anything
your mind can decide that it wants. You can have it--all that you think about and desire can be made manifest
in your life.
Some skeptics may consider the writer to be a dreamer. I am well aware of that. But
let me tell you that the writer has dedicating much of his life and time to reading, studying and researching hundreds of
books in every field of endeavor dealing with "the occult." The word occult is not a bad or negative
one. As defined in the Oxford American Dictionary, it means, "secret, hidden except from those with
more than ordinary knowledge." Even the greatest skeptic will have to accept that there are things
alive and at work in this world beyond normal and conventional understanding. These skeptics must agree
that we have more control over our existence than consciously aware. The most basic survival act, breathing,
is one, which generally goes about its business during the day, without any conscious thought. Yet the
act of breathing oxygen is paramount to our livelihood. Most everyone goes about his or her day without
this
recognition. This doctrine is meant for
everyone from the bartender to the billionaire. This is a science put into easy terms discernable to anyone
wanting something more out of life. This very workable science, when used in the proper procedure, will
attain measurable results.
It is a good thing if you are a bit skeptical right now. The writer is looking for skeptics.
If the reader is not willing to try something completely new and not ready to change the life being lead, then no matter
how useful the information presented, change in life results will not occur. To become educated on anything,
one must be willing to suspend disbelief for a while. At least, until the full weight of the information
comes to light. Then, if the knowledge does not apply, discard it and move on to a different course.
Of the scores and scores of persons the writer has entertained with the notion of desire, none have presented the attainment
of everything wanted for or hoped. All that have been spoken to have stated that they, too, wished for
something more out of life. What do you want? Have you gained all that you wish for
out of life? If you have, then, and only then, is this book not for you. Everyone has
more that they want out of life. Whether it is material, emotional or spiritual. This
text is for anyone who wants to generate more success and satisfaction out of life.
The writer is under the firm
conviction that everyone has specifics in life that need attention and direction. This is not an overnight
success kit. It is, however, a document replete with information on how a willing party can form a new
direction and course in life, one that will lead the researcher on a pointed collision course with physical and material betterment.
All
of life is change. Even the cells in the reader's body go through a full renovation every several months.
You have a different body than you did last year. You are, physically, a different person.
The author has never met a successful person who was not under the belief that change is of good. If
one wishes to change something about their life, they must first be willing.
The writer created this text to keep
his own thoughts ordered in a correct and positive fashion, with the aim and intent of bettering his own life.
Only upon completion did the writer believe that it could be a useful science for any and all holders of this formula.
This is not a voodoo kit or a magic book. It does not go against any moral or ethical code.
Yet there is real magic on these pages. It is written and presented in the language of a businessman
who has aspirations and ambitions of growing his own personal corporation. This book is written in the
form that anyone can understand. It is the writer's hope that it will aid the reader in gaining what
he/she wants out of life.
Everyone has something special inside. It could be a specific vision, a reason, life purpose or
a particular longing for fulfillment. The writer believes that everyone has a particular intelligence or
skill, which when aroused can lead to heights never dreamed possible. The discovery and fulfillment of
your life purpose will give you the most powerful and greatest fulfillment ever imagined. This book is intended to give anyone
the manual to a happy and successful life. Unfortunately, this document has never been presented to us
before now. The reader may have seen one or two of these techniques before, yet this is the first time
all of the respective elements have been collected.
The lust for desire manifestation has been around since the cave man. The night before the big kill,
warriors would gather and create signs on the cave walls. They would draw pictures and
use symbols, which would show the clan what their outcome would be on the following day's hunt.
They did not fully understand the doctrine, but they knew it could help them. Unfortunately,
humans do not receive an instruction manual at birth.
This book has taken nearly ten years to be written. It involves the passing on of a philosophy,
which has taken the writer much study and research to comprehend and put together. The high points of all
of the strategies have been collected and placed in layman's terms. Taking the best and most important technologies from
every book, which could be found, on all topics, pertaining to "The Unknown." Many will laugh
these forthcoming ideas off, thinking and believing them to be nonsense or too complicated for the average intellect.
But the writer is here to tell you that there is magic in these pages. This has been given
to the reader for his use and benefit. The writer feels that every reader of these pages would believe
our minds to have more capacity for knowledge and skill than operating during daily use. It is measured
data, based upon fact, that we use a very small portion of our brains. It is the part of the brain we do
not use that we are concerned with herein. This unknown, unused part of our intellect is what we are dealing
with in this book. It is granted that this is a new territory, a first step towards a power, which we have
seldom if ever tapped into. The perusal of this new knowledge will help anyone with desire reach his/her
dreams.
The information in these few pages will teach the reader how to get on well in life. This manuscript
is an offering of those insights, which should have been presented to us much in the same way a manual is given when a new
piece of technology is purchased. This mission statement is meant to give anyone, with the desire to open
their mind, the tools and strategies necessary to attain their dreams. If the reader can get past the quick
judgments and the ridicule, which has kept these secrets hidden since the beginning of man, he or she will learn that these
techniques are intelligible and miraculous.
Our mind is constantly working to make manifest every idea and aim. No matter how small or large.
In life we get what we think about. Writing this book was a deliberate technique of visualization aimed at sustaining
the power of belief. Having read hundreds
of books in
practically every field of metaphysical and self-help endeavor, the writer came to the conclusion that inventing his own manual
would be the strongest way to keep the positive thoughts active in his mind.
The largest sum of achievements in our world were based not upon genius but upon the desire and reasoning that one could
do the thing sought. The art of mental-picture making gives us the resolve which allows us to become in
reality that which we contemplate. This book, if used properly, will give the proven secret to reaching the goals set.
This approach is different from any book on these topics yet written. Pieces
of these ideas are found in many different books from any new age topic to the latest self-help manual. The
difference in this book lies in the fact that this small book ties all of the ideas together into one small yet complete guide
and practical curricula for achieving any life goal. You will find yourself returning to it over and over
for guidance and the crowning direction in leading a more fulfilling life of health, wealth and success.
This book
is dedicated to all of the poets, priests, authors and artists who have kept these separate ideas alive over the millennium.
The writer has put the following ideals into one collection and banded these magical and specific principles together
for the first time. In the following manuscript is the complete manual for prosperity and desire attainment.
Chapter 1:
The Subconscious Mind and the Conscious Mind
Your life can have more power, more wealth, more happiness than you could ever imagine if you are willing to do the
necessary steps to reaching and releasing the hidden power and persuasion of the subconscious mind. This
is a power for which you need not pay. The answer is presented in every question. The
solution fits squarely inside of the problem. When presented with a great dilemma, let your subconscious
find the answer. Your subconscious mind knows all of the answers, and will reveal them if you use the proper
procedure. We were never given a manual for programming the subconscious mind, but do not need a genius
I.Q. to figure it out. This power is one you already possess. It is a gift, given you
at birth. You can take control of your future by using the strategies and processes given forth here.
Understand that your human mind is more powerful than any computer ever invented. It is capable
of recording all of the impressions your senses give it. Each normal human mind has more integrated circuitry
than the entire world phone network. Our subconscious works much in the same way as an electric computer.
Dr. Maxwell Maltz, (Psycho-cybernetics), explains that even the most elaborate computer would be a toy in comparison
to the human brain. If we expect to gain influence over the subconscious mind, we must learn how
it works.
Sigmund Freud taught us that there are three levels to the human mind. First, the ego, the part
with which we think and reason. Second, the superego. This is our conscious mind.
Third, is the id, which is seated below the superego and contains our memories and all of our basic instincts.
Later, Freud theorized that there is another part to the brain, which he titled, the preconscious. This
is located just below the level of consciousness. The term, subconscious, as used in this book, would encompass
the id, superego, and the preconscious.
It is imperative that we not forget Dr. Carl Jung when talking about the science of the human mind. Jung
termed it the super conscious and claimed that it was connected to the universal mind. The universal subconscious,
which is connected directly with God, the infinite knowledge or Supreme Being. His conclusions were linked
to his study of the Oriental philosophies.
It is important that we recognize our thoughts are all being recorded by
the id, our subconscious mind. Every thing you have written, every word you have said, and every thought
you have entertained has been recorded in your mind. Down to the minutest detail. Every
sound heard, every piece of cheesecake eaten, everything you have physically touched and any and all things good or bad you
have smelt. As said in the entertainment business, our whole lives are recorded "with the red light
on." The subconscious stores all of these memories and experiences, which can be recalled under hypnosis
and deep meditation. Did you know that under hypnotic suggestion a person could slow his heart beat,
that the circulation of the blood can be controlled, and the healing of injuries can be greatly sped up or slowed down?
Did you know that your body temperature could be controlled and regulated? Many other changes in
the body can be made manifest during the hypnotic suggestion. Learning to program the subconscious mind
can also alter the outcomes of our experience in life. The results of our destiny can be manipulated by
learning to control our subconscious. We can get the goals we desire by learning to cultivate the subconscious
mind. We can have anything we want if we know how to program the greatest computer of them all, the human
mind.
Thoughts are things. They are as real and physical
as the ring on your finger, the television, and the kitchen sink. Great men from every era have known this
secret and used these forthcoming principles to reach lofty areas in business, politics, art, etc. Your subconscious mind
is your treasure chest. Hidden inside are all of the tools needed to attain any venture in life.
Thought is the greatest tool we have. The answers wanted are already known to you. The
proper path has already been outlined for you. The one demand is that of changing your conscious thoughts.
The conscious mind is in charge of your choices and decisions. When you have a thought, it is entered
into the conscious mind. An example would be: You think, "I'm thirsty."
Only then does the conscious mind register and analyze the thought, thus activating the limbs in a move towards the
refrigerator. The conscious mind also acts as a turning door to the subconscious. It
lets in some things and keeps out others. The subconscious mind is the center for the attainment of all
goals and desires. When the subconscious mind receives information it will stop at nothing to bring about
the proper result. The subconscious mind is our great creator. When it gains a desire
from the conscious mind, it will stop at nothing to generate the reality. This is very important!
The secret to the getting over of the thoughts from the conscious to the subconscious is, give the conscious thoughts
strong emotion. Emotion is the hidden factor involved with swinging open the door between the two sectors
of the mind. Remember to give good, and positive feelings and emotions over to the subconscious when you
are creating your desire thoughts. They will get in and create your goal much more quickly.
A small example would be any pre-game or half time athletic lockeroom pep talk. The coach attempts
to charge the players full of emotion, without usually realizing what it is he is accomplishing. By stimulating
the player's emotions, the coach gets his idea over to their subconscious, at least giving them zest and gusto with which
to take back onto the court or field. When the individual player takes in the emotional command,
it energizes the resolve. Generally speaking, with the team running back
onto the field with fire and determination in their minds. Imagine if you could get over to your subconscious
mind only the emotions, which would empower and energize you toward you life goal or destiny. You would
be unstoppable and powerful.
Our minds are much more vast and knowledgeable than we will give credit. We use only a small portion
of this learning and creating tool. Freud called the entire mind an iceberg--with only a very small percentage
of its bulk above water. Use your conscious mind to tap into the magic and wonder of the subconscious.
You will be awed at the results. To change our destiny, we must get the correct thoughts over to
the subconscious mind. When the desired thoughts are gained by the subconscious mind, it brings the mental
picture from the imagination into physical reality.
Once you have clearly defined your thought-form image, you are ready for the next step. This is
called announcing or broadcasting. Your mind is very powerful and can transmit thought waves over many
miles and distances. These mental vibrations act much like a radio station or television broadcast.
The previous information has shown you that our subconscious minds are all linked together. They
are connected to the infinite intelligence. They are like radio stations, all tuned in to the same frequency.
Emerson claimed, "There is one mind common to all individual men." When we tap into the
subconscious mind, we link up. They reach out to others and bring along like circumstances.
They cause circumstances to be brought about and incidences that match your conscious desire. When
you make clear mental pictures and believe in them, you
become, "tuned in," to the probabilities,
which will correspond with your needs. Once you create these desires and goals, it is imperative
that you watch and be ready for them to come about. When you are ready and consciously expecting these
outcomes to present themselves, you will find them practically falling into your lap. Being receptive,
watching, expecting, and welcoming these coincidences, is the quickest way to seeing them become present in your physical
life. Be on the look out.
How do you get this incredible computer to work for you?
This is not hard labor or a terribly tasking undertaking. It takes a matter of small steps to gain
this understanding. Once mastered, you will be amazed at the wonderful circumstances which seem to magically
present themselves. Once perfected, you will be able to have whatever it is you want in life.
Whether it is a new job, a home for yourself, a relationship you desire, or anything your mind can conceive and believe.
Now, it does take more directed thought to create one million dollars than it does to gain a new guitar.
And it will take more conscious manipulation of these techniques to fulfill an entire life's desire...than it will
to gain a new puppy or a stereo. But the mechanics are one and the same. Start out with
something easily acquired. Make a little time before bed, and upon waking, to practice the idea of conscious
thought on your goal. Give as much emotion as physically possible. Continue to affirm
that you can have this reality, that you are very deserving; tell yourself that you understand that the subconscious mind
cannot tell the difference between imagination and reality. That creating these thoughts in your conscious
mind is much more difficult than having it created in reality. It is easier for the subconscious to create
the reality, than it is to hold the conscious thought. If you can burn the thought into your conscious
mind, and continue to think on it and release it, your subconscious will easily "tune you in" with the exact circumstances
needed to attract your thought reality. You will soon find that your goal has not only become a reality,
but part of a new existence entailing happiness and pleasure.
The greater the goal, the greater must be the use of the principles outlined
herein. Just as it takes many strokes of the hammer to knock the nail into place. You don't sink the
nail with one stroke. It is the constant tapping of the hammer, which drives the nail into the plank.
Similar to this, so is it with the gaining of our dreams and goals. The outline for getting these thoughts of desire
and goal setting over to the subconscious mind involves steps, which are easy to do. The problem is that
not one out of a thousand even know there is a system for gaining your goals and desires. This book, if
it aims to do anything, hopes to teach the reader the few but powerful strategies, which the writer has acquired from the
several thousands of books, researched on this subject. The future is created by the thoughts you actively
harbor in the now. Change your thoughts to only the ones which are of peace, harmony, love, money, success
or whatever your will wishes and desires. Within these parameters, your destiny will follow your thoughts.
Change your thoughts and you will change your destiny.
Take a few moments and really think about what it is you desire
in this life. Desire, as defined by the great writer, John Locke, contains: "The
uneasiness a man finds in himself upon the absence of anything whose present enjoyment carries the idea of delight with it."
In short, desire is the wanting of anything not currently possessed. Write down all of the things
in this life, which you desire. Write them down where you can see them at all times. Never
let these thoughts leave you. Take them to bed with you at night and have them beginning in the morning
and you will be surprised how the image will slowly become a reality.
The times of day right before
and right after sleep are when we are closest to our subconscious minds in conscious thought. When we are asleep and dreaming,
our subconscious has free reign over our mind. This why our dreams often seem so real. This
is also why they seem so strange and unlinear. If you can use the times before bed and the times upon awakening
to verify and affirm your goals, it will be much easier and quicker for the thoughts of your conscious mind to get through
to your subconscious. Superimpose your dreams onto your real life, and you will gain a clearer understanding
of your subconscious mind. Your subconscious is your greatest friend and most faithful servant.
It will help you if you ask. Knowing how to ask is the main thing. You tell yourself
at all times of day if possible what it is that you want in this life. The most special times of day to
do this, however, are just before sleep and immediately after rising in the morning. If you take
naps during the afternoon, do this thought process before and after the nap. This is when the conscious
and subconscious mind is closest. The subconscious mind will replicate any thought given over to it with
feeling and good emotion. It will also give over the replication of a constant bad thought or image.
Just as Jonah said, "The thing I greatly feared has come upon me." Make sure that your
thoughts at these times of day are happy and peaceful. Knowing how to ask is of utmost importance.
Your every wish is its' command. Give the message of what you want in life to your subconscious
mind with love and with kind feeling and it will give you your desire.
You must also believe that what you want will come true. Believe it all of the
way. When you have developed this firm conviction that this thought will come to pass, this is when it
begins to become real. Charles S. Pierce stated that belief was "thought at rest."
Once you trigger the thoughts with emotion, it is imperative that you release the thoughts and go on with your day.
In fact, this allows the subconscious to go about its workings and bring about your goal. Every
time you visualize and have these formulated thoughts with added emotional force, when you have completed them, relax and
let the thoughts fade in your mind. This is strongly recommended for the attainment of your desire.
The response will come very quickly or less, according to the degree and frequency with which you pass the information.
Therefore, use great emotion in turning over this information to the subconscious. For whatever
your subconscious accepts as fact, it will go about bringing it to pass. No one knows how this works yet,
but understands that it does. Understand that anyone who has acquired a specific goal or desire has used
this philosophy, usually without even knowing.
It is imperative, when giving this information over to the subconscious
mind, that what you desire must be believed in and given much faith to the acquisition's coming into place.
You must believe that what you want is possible. This is very important!! Many
great books have been written on this idea alone. Napoleon Hill gives us a great quote on these lines,
"What the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve." Believing in your goal, with emotionalized
thought, is the first passageway through the maze of life. It is the first Key to the Kingdom.
Belief is paramount for the admission of conscious thought into the subconscious mind. The Bible
says, "Faith can move mountains." If you believe in what it is you want to come about,
the conscious mind will open up the door to the subconscious and deliver over the thought you have been harboring.
The subconscious then goes about its magic, releasing its unknown powers of transmutation. Think often about what it
is you want in life, link much loving and positive emotion to the thoughts, have these goal thoughts before and after sleeping
and you will create your desire in the physical world. Remember, thought creates and attracts what it thinks
about. I have read where Emerson believed, "A man is what he thinks about all day long."
Many great thinkers consider thought, to be on a higher plane of existence than physical reality. Some
will even state that it is a higher intellect, which creates thought. The great poet, Percy Shelley stated
in his essay, "A Defence of Poetry," that the first thoughts for a poem or a novel are the greatest.
The final drafts of any work of art are mere shells to the original thoughts. They dwindle down
until they are not as good as the original idea once was in the mind. It has been said that it is more
difficult for the conscious mind to create the thought than it is for the subconscious mind to create the reality.
Emerson once claimed that thought was the hardest thing in the world and this is why so few choose to partake in it.
Take a moment
and look around your home, your office, or wherever you may be. Every single thing in your sight was created
by someone's thoughts. They had the idea for the thing and then took action towards bringing it about.
Since the beginning of recorded time, man has been capable of creating all the incredible technologies we enjoy today.
When putting together all of the philosophies on life, we look around today and see that many of us are using cellular
phones, lap top computers, traveling by airplane, purchasing compact discs for listening to music, and so on.
We have even built a space shuttle, which can exit and return into and out of the atmosphere, then land like a regular
airplane. Fifty years ago these technologies would have been considered absurd. Anyone
talking about these ideas would have been thought a fool, the laughing stock of their respective society. In
actuality, all of these technologies and many, many more are possible and real. The technological advance
of humanity in the last hundred years alone should show that we are experiencing an awakening.
Mankind had
the ingenuity necessary to build the integrated circuit chip, for computers, as far back as the dinosaurs. There
are similar amounts of Oxygen, Hydrogen, and all of the other elements now as there were before the time of Christ.
All of the same properties were alive on the Earth then and now. It took our own awakening to build
and reach this technology. This is the only reason that they have not been implemented before.
We did not know about them. We have the same essential elements on the Earth today as we did then.
We as humans simply did not know how to manipulate them. Who is to say of what else we are capable.
Have
you ever played golf or watched the game played on television? The golfer lines himself up to the ball
and directs in his stance and mind to where it is he wants the ball to land. You rarely, if ever,
see any golfer of repute, standing in the exact opposite way of the ball's destination. Just as the
golfer lines him up to the ball, line up your thoughts with your destination. Many a great golfer will
tell you that he pictures the ball going into the cup before he ever makes a putt. He had the desired thought
before putting the swing into action. He believed that he could do it and approached the ball with confidence,
thinking only of his successful outcome. Low and behold, the ball rolls into the cup. So...direct
your thoughts to collecting pointed, clearly defined pictures of your desire. Make the pictures as real
in your conscious mind as possible. Believe firmly that these goals are being completed, accomplished and
are deserved.
If you cannot believe that the goals are capable, remember that you have a mind more complicated than the greatest
computer invented. Remember that you have a mind more intricate and developed than the entire world telephone
circuitry. Also, remember that the emotion of faith is developed by habit. You have
what it takes. You are a super computer. Continue to tell yourself that you can have
what it is that you want. Soon, with each new goal thought, your mind will be likened to a small steel
cable. Every new thought will give another, "link in the chain," as the saying goes.
You will find, within a very small, time frame, you have built your once, small, faith cable, into a huge, unbreakable,
steel belief. Once this belief is given over to the subconscious mind, the desired effect is given over
into the physical realm and reality.
All religions use these motifs in some fashion or another. For
a Christian to join the church, he or she must say in front of a pastor or man of the cloth that, "yes," they do
believe in the doctrines presented by their specific theological institution. Prayer is used to speak
to god, (the infinite intelligence), with an offering of thanks and/or an asking for answers and guidance. Children
praying with their mothers and fathers just before bedtime. Mass on Sunday morning. Siestas
at noontime with prayer before. The several times a day mass prayer in the Islamic faith. Scientifically,
these are all in line with the philosophies presented herein. These specifics are not meant to lift or
deplore any faith, as they all seem to fit together and have, in the writer's opinion, equal importance.
Chapter 2:
The Magic of the Human Brain
How many times have you heard of a doctor prescribing a placebo or a sugar pill that miraculously cured the patient?
How often have you read of a cancer victim suddenly going into remission, although there is no known cure?
Warts being dispelled by rubbing potatoes on the area and then burying the potatoes under the outside stairs.
People with paralysis walking again and living a full life?
Buddha claimed
everything that we are is the result of what we think. History is filled with accounts of little men overcoming
huge obstacles to attain greatness. Even the Bible has its story of David and Goliath. We
can accomplish anything we believe possible. In this regard, our minds have been used to heal our bodies
and lives more than any doctor's prescriptions.
Do you know of any friends or acquaintances that constantly carry charms, or trinkets, which they fully believe to
have power? Do you are anyone you know have a favorite shirt or a special pair of socks, which you wear
on particular occasions, to "give you the edge." Have you ever seen a rabbit's foot or a
four-leaf clover? Have you ever noticed a horseshoe over a door and wondered what it was put there for?
Many persons of great affluence and intellect put their beliefs into these things, thinking that the items alone bring
about the desired effects and results. The writer is not here to tell you that they do not; he is simply
explaining that alone these objects are inanimate. They have no power other than the belief we put into
them. It is mind power that makes these charms and trinkets come to life.
Remember the quote, "act as though I am and I will be." Shakespeare even stated,
"assume the virtue if you have it not." If it is confidence that you desire, act as though you
are confident. Stand as though you were filled with it. Pretend as though you possess
the desired quality. Stand tall and in a manner that you would feel resembles confidence. When
someone speaks to you, pretend as if you were this confidence filled person and you will find that this itself brings on the
state and feeling of confidence. Pretending is the idea. We are what we think about.
Our subconscious mind actively seeks to bring about the transmutation of the imagined thing into the real.
The way this works has been written to be a magnetic force of attraction. Similar to electricity
or energy currents. Here is one way in which the body produces electricity. Have you
ever walked across a shag carpet and touched someone? Upon touching the person you see a small spark of
light arise and the person say, "Hey, you shocked me!" You can generate the same conditions by
touching your car handle upon getting out to lock the door in the north part of the country where the air is thinner.
This type of electrical energy is known to most of us and is called, static electricity. This is
simply one of the ways in which electricity and energy currents can be generated by the human body. To
think of thought in this same way tends to make the idea seem more clear and easy to understand. We have
all been surrounded by these realities yet rarely think on them. Our minds project thought impulses one
must logically link up to electricity. If we can see that our bodies can both conduct and create this form
of electricity, it is easy to understand that we are capable of producing other forms of electricity. Thought
waves generate electricity in much the same way. It is measured data that thoughts create physical electrical
impulses in the brain. If we can create them, then it is logical that we can direct them as well.
Just as the sailor directs his sail. Thought waves are similar to radio waves and/or satellite waves.
They send and receive signals that are unheard and unseen. Certainly no one could make the mistake
these days of believing a radio would not work if placed inside a home. These signals can cross through
walls and houses and travel across many miles of distance. We would be illogical to consider thought waves
in any different light.
Yale University has conducted experiments and studies on electricity. Their research has concluded
that the human body transmits electricity. Experiments with a human hand placed into salt water, when measured
with a galvanometer, which measures electricity, showed specific amounts of voltage between the fingers. Our
bodies conduct electricity. We are polar beings. These further Yale studies have
concluded that an atmosphere or electrical field of their own making surrounds all living things. An aura,
if you will. We are electrical beings, which conduct and receive electricity. This is
not anything simply thought to be true, but measured data.
To have what
you want in this life you must first make what you want an obsessive and burning desire. Remember
the old adage, whatever you are not pursuing actively, you do not really want. You must first find out
what it is you really want before you can attempt to acquire it. Remember Emerson's statement: "A
man is what he thinks about all day long."
If your thoughts are negative then negative events tend to occur and reproduce in your life. If
your thoughts are positive in nature, then that fashion of events will tend to come into reality. If you
think badly then bad is what you get. You get what you think about. So keep your mind
filled with thoughts of happiness and love and if you continue to hold it, slowly those thoughts will come into the physical
world. This means as often as you possibly can. Think about your goal and the excitement
of attaining them. Imagine the feeling of having your goals already accomplished--when at work or play.
While in the shower or at the park. While watching television or eating supper. Never
allow the thought of your goal to fade from your conscious thoughts. You will soon see that these thoughts
will come to life. They will come alive in the physical reality.
Our physical bodies are served by five senses: Sight, Hearing,
Taste, Feeling, and Smell. These five senses take in the world around us. Our brains
control these servants. It is through our senses that our minds are connected to the physical world.
The great geometrician, Pythagoras, believed that all existing things were vibrations. Vibrations
connect us to our senses. Vibrations give us our known experience of the world. The
different levels of vibration make up the differences in our experience of the outside world. The senses
take in these vibrations and recognize them. It is this recognition by the senses that we understand as
tasting, hearing, feeling, smelling, and seeing. The tasting of a lemon is brought to the conscious mind
by the taste buds on the tongue and when registered by the brain, triggers the purse of the lips and the perception described
as sour. The taste vibration enters into the brain and executes its operation, passing over that perception
to the nervous system and to the brain. It is through our senses that we obtain the knowledge of these
vibrations.
There are also many levels to these vibrations, which we are surrounded by. Our senses detect them
and link them to a particular sense. There are many levels to each vibration. This is
why we can taste, see, smell and feel a flower or an apple. The writer has learned that if a piano,
which has eight octaves, could be stretched out to over forty octaves; the piano key pressed would form a color in the air
instead of forming a sound. Imagine in your mind a piano extending, to the right of the higher notes, for
over forty octaves. This would be a very large piano. Imagine striking the higher notes
of the forty-octave keyboard. Each of the vibrations would form a color in the air.
The brain would differentiate the vibration. The vibration
would become one of sight instead of one of sound. I.E. a color forming in the air. The
sound would be too highly pitched to hear anyway. Our ears are not tuned to so high a frequency and could
not pick up the pitch. Just like the dog whistle is a small portion above the vibration of sound, which
humans can hear and perceive.
Every atom in our body is vibrating at a specific level. If you have
ever seen a picture of an atom, you would be amazed that the total portion of the whole is made up of mostly empty space.
The nucleus in the center makes up only a small amount of the entire whole. The rest of the atom
is simple manipulatable space. It is imperative that we understand these atoms make up everything
we are and everything we see and are surrounded by. Empty space. Space that can be manipulated
by mind power. Spaces that can be coerced into helping obtain our desires. If
thought waves can be tuned to higher levels, then, can't they also affect the molecules of physical objects?
The writer firmly believes that the mind can affect atoms or groups of atoms, and also physical strength, psychic phenomena,
and body healing.
For years, advertisers have known of this philosophy of subconscious programming. The next time you turn on the television,
the radio, or simply drive through town, notice how many different companies have spent money to place their name where you
can see it every day. They know that the more we see their logo, the more we will tend to think of their
product. The more we think about their product, the more we will tend to end up in a grocery store, buying
it. They have understood this single idea for a long time now. Why is Super Bowl Sunday
commercials the most expensive to advertise? Because on that day in January, that football game is the
most watched
television program of the year. Every advertiser
drools about getting his ad onto the Super Bowl show. He knows that it will be seen by the largest amount
of people on television, for the entire year. Think of the largest beer distributor, or the big fast food
chains, or any of the large soda pop companies. How many times alone do you see or hear their advertisements
in a week? Remember that subliminal advertising has been banned by the F.C.C. I wonder
why? It costs big money to advertise. Could these companies stay afloat if they did
not make money from their advertising? Of course not.
Ever notice how the commercials, if
properly done, always attempt to conjure some sort of emotion from the viewer? The McDonald's commercial
where the grandmother is given a Big Mac by the granddaughter. They conjure up your feelings of love for
your own grandmother. Their advertisers know that emotion linked to their product will make many return
sales. The more emotion generated by the commercial, the greater the propensity to purchase the product.
Look at the long distance companies, which have the dad talking to his son off at college. Or the
funny Taco Bell commercials with the little talking dog? All of these are designed to program your
brain into buying their commodity. If millions are being spent every month on advertising alone, by the
most successful companies in the world, don't you believe that these techniques are valid? They are
used by the most profitable businesses in the world. Don't you think that you should advertise what
you want to your mind, instead of being programmed by others, who care only about where you are spending your almighty dollar?
Program the thoughts you want to come about in your life. You can do it. It is
being done to us every day without our even recognizing it.
Chapter 3:
Autosuggestion
and the Power of Faith
The telling to yourself what you wish to acquire
Nobel prize physicist, Arthur
H. Compton, declared, "Every great discovery I ever made, I gambled that the truth was there, and then I acted on it
in faith until I could prove it's existence." There are several specific ways to acquire the habit
known as faith. These methods are specifically designed to achieve your single goal fixation.
Making them habitual and doing them over and over until they are passed over to the subconscious mind use these methods.
Once they are passed over, they are immediately fulfilled. This is a very workable science.
With great confidence does the writer Passover these thoughts to the reader.
The first
is known as the reflection affirmation. Claude Bristol's incredible book, "The Magic of Believing,"
outlines the idea of standing in front of a mirror and telling yourself that you are going to get what you desire.
Look deeply into the pupil of your eyes and see your reflection while confidently affirming that which you desire and
want. What was not stated in the book was how emotion is the single most important factor in passing over
the suggestion to the subconscious. Make sure that you use as much emotion as possible when in this pattern.
Factually speaking, emotion is the most important single addition to this parameter. Having read
Ron L. Hubbard's book, "Dianetics," it is understood by the author that anything emotionalized to the mind gets
first priority. Have you ever been in a car accident or on a roller coaster? Alone at your home at midnight
and heard a strange sound outside your door or window? Can you think?
of the time you fell in love or the day a family member passed on? Can you reflect on a moment in
your life when you did something perfectly and felt great about yourself? If you are like most average
persons you have. Can you remember these instances? You bet you can. Why?
Think about the emotion you felt in any of these situations, which you have encountered. Remember
how strongly you felt these feelings of joy, loss, fear, relief? The reason that you are so close to these
instances is that your strong, emotional link to these occurrences is firmly imbedded into your subconscious.
The really strong emotions felt are always stored for easy access by the subconscious. These moments
in your life are given first priority to your subconscious mind! These moments of great joy or sorrow have
immediate passage into the subconscious mind. The door between the conscious and the subconscious is swung
wide, allowing the thought of great emotion to be firmly imbedded into the subconscious. Then the subconscious
goes about its own unknown ways of bringing about the desired response.
So now, when you do the reflection
application, be sure to generate strong, positive, loving emotion. It can be breathing deeply and with
vigor while picturing your goal or stating loudly into your reflection your demands to have these achievements.
It can be gesturing in a very urgent motion completed by a powerful stance. Actually attempt to
feel the end means of your goal. Picture yourself actually accomplishing the desire you have set for yourself.
Move your hands in a commanding manner. Stand straight and tall and assume the particular position
of confidence. Take several deep breaths until you can actually feel this confidence. If
you cannot feel it come on, act as if you can. Shakespeare, that great writer on truth and life stated,
"Assume the virtue if you have it not." Pretend that you do feel this confidence and eventually
you will be able to gain it. Remember that the subconscious cannot tell the difference between imagination
and reality. Assume the position and attitude of confidence, and if you hold this idea, you will actually
feel this emotion. Just as it takes a small amount of time for the magnifying glass to burn the leaf, so
is it with the holding of the goal in your mind. It has been stated that the only way to build belief is
to affirm your desire over and over until it is firmly imbedded into your subconscious mind. This is like
any habit acquired. The more times the habit is repeated, the stronger the habit becomes. A
wise man once said, "Repetition is the creator of skill." You get better at the habit the more
you attempt it. Habit is the function of your subconscious mind. Just as you learned
to ride a bike, swim, drive a car, brush your teeth and tie your shoes. You learned to do these things
by repeating them over and over. Repetition is considered the mother of skill. The more
that you did these particular activities, the better you became at them. Every repetition adds tracks to
your subconscious mind, in turn, causing you to perform the skill without even having to think about it. Do
you think that a world-class pianist thinks consciously about every note he strikes during a recital?
Habits are
alive often in you every day life. An example would be: If you have used your blinker
every time you have made a right turn for the last three months and you plan to go right at the coming intersection, what
do you do without thinking? You click the blinker up. This habit has been formed by
repetition of action. Repetition over a long period of time equals habit. Look around
in your own life. How do you put your socks away? Do you scan through the same radio
channels on the way to work? Have you ever caught yourself involved in an activity you do not particularly
like? Watching the same bad television program? Take control of your conscious
thoughts, make them about the things you want most in life. Create habits, which can empower you, and aid
you in the achieving of your goals. Think about what you want in your life. Think about
what makes you happy. Do those things often and you will receive them. Just as the wheels
of the child's tricycle slowly turn into two.
Very great desire contains the power to influence events.
Repetition of a specific action while generating emotion will assume the identity of any desire. The
more it is performed the easier it is to continue. Each time you repeat an action, you are adding another
link in the building of the habit chain. This is the only known way to create the act of habit. This is
also the only known way to achieve the emotion of belief and faith. Think on the children's story of,
"The Little Engine That Could." The little engines in the story had much trouble moving their
engines. They had trouble moving, but kept trying, with some success, only to slow to a stop again.
They said," I wish I could...I wish I could...I wish I could." The protagonist had much
trouble as well. He was very unsure and unconfident. But he kept telling himself over
and over again, "I think I can...I think I can...I think I can..." Finally, with much diligence
and persistence, paired with a strong belief and resolve, this little engine made it up to the end of the destination.
Be sure to do the outlined actions in this chapter at least once upon rising and once before you go to bed.
Look into your reflection, gaze deeply into the pits of your eyes and tell yourself that you are going to get what
it is that you want. Say that nothing in the world can stop you. You deserve this special
request. You are good enough. There is nothing that you cannot have in this life if
you want it enough. Standing in your reflection and affirming your goals with emotion and confidence is
the second passageway through the maze of life, and the second Key to the Kingdom. The author has found
this technique to be one of the most powerful ways to gain confidence and bring about the desired life result.
The second part of this chapter will describe the use of Cue
cards: Outline in a single sentence your goal in life. Write your ultimate lifetime
goal, described in as few words as possible, on either cue cards or some form of paper. Have them laminated
if you
wish. Spend as long as it takes to come
up with what it is you most desire. Write it down on several cards or slips of paper.
Examples: A new house.
An extended
vacation.
An incredible relationship.
Extra money for bills.
A computer.
Keep
one slip of paper in your pocket at all times; think about your goal when you take it out. Look at it as
often as possible. Have one slip in your car so that you can see it on the way to work. Have
one in the restroom area taped to the mirror. Have one by your bedside so that you see it, first and last,
every day and evening. Have one of these sentences on every mirror in your home and office.
Draw
pictures of yourself achieving what you desire. They do not have to be a Da Vinci reproduction to achieve the effect. A simple
stick drawing can do wonders when linked to your belief system. It is very important that you do not tell
anyone of your goals and aspirations. You must keep all of these thoughts to yourself. Create
as much emotion as possible when you think on these topics with the cards and the mirror. Having cue cards with your goals
written on them, and keeping them around you where they can be seen at all times, is the third passageway through the maze
of life, and the third Key to the Kingdom. It is quite all right if you have no way of knowing how these
goals are to come about. Simply put your faith into the power of your mind and you will be startled at
the results. You will see soon that you are amazed at how the coincidences and circumstances, helping lead you to your goal,
come into play--many that you would have never imagined possible. You will run into old acquaintances and
new people who have the answers to just what it is that you desire. It is imperative, when these circumstances
and ideas come into your life and mind, that you follow them quickly and without hesitation. You
may get the strange idea to talk to someone you have never met, or write a letter to a far off city in the hopes of obtaining
something you never before thought pertinent to your life. You may see an old friend, with whom you have
had no connection in years, suddenly appear at your doorstep. You may wake up in the middle of the night
with the unusual idea to write something down, or have an inspiration for a novel or a poem. Whenever you
recognize these instances, go with them all of the way. Give your attention to all of the hunches, ideas,
dreams and other weird matters which seem to help lead you towards your ultimate life direction and destiny. Remember
that all inspirations, hunches, wild ideas, and dreams come from the subconscious. This is the part of
the mind, which is connected to the supreme intelligence. It has all of the answers. It
can accomplish all things. With this thought in mind, let us look at the reasons why successful people
all seem to do similar things, which help lead to and continue their successful endeavors.
Recognize that all great achievements
have first met with disbelief.
Edison's
light bulb.
Ford's automobile.
Einstein's Relativity Theory.
The television.
The computer.
Christopher
Columbus's idea that the world was round.
Did you know that ten years before the
first walk on the moon, the entire endeavor was considered impossible?
Have you ever seen the inside of a professional athletic team's locker room? Each
one is covered with signs, slogans and quotes of either famous thinkers or writers. Wonder why?
These quotes such as "winners never quit and quitters never win" are the backbone of this science.
These slogans are hung where every person in the room can see them at all times. This constant repetition
strengthens the habit cord until it becomes believed as absolute fact. To fall into a bad habit is to begin
to lose yourself. Recently, I was reading a novel where a scientist attempting to discover a new
cure had the famous Robert Browning quote hung on his laboratory mantle. "A man's reach should
exceed his grasp or what's a heaven for?" This is directly in line with the principles outlined
in this manuscript. Not one person out of twenty dozen knows or understands the reasoning for these details.
Now you do.
Chapter Four:
Creative-Visualization
(Energy builders...the how to)
Dr. Carl Simonton writes in his journal, "Getting Well Again," that some cancer victims could exert some
level of control over their disease, "in their attitude toward their disease and their positive stance toward life."
Simonton's wife was a psychologist who studied unusually successful individuals. Together they
postulated that the principle component in working motivational techniques was the practice of visual imagery.
They found that the best gains occurred when a patient spent between five and thirty minutes, at least once a day,
conjuring a consistent image of the desired result.
Wanting to measure the results of a large amount of case groups,
the couple experimented with 159 victims of medically incurable malignant cancer. The results were measured
after a four year study, where even with conventional medical treatment, all were expected to die within a year.
The patients simply added creative visualization to their conventional medical treatment. After
four years, when all were expected to die within one, 63 of the patients were still alive, 14 had no signs of cancer at all.
12 of the others found their tumors largely shrunken in size, and even the ones who did die, lived more than 1 and
one/half times longer than the patients in the control group, who were not using creative visualization as part of their regular
medical treatment. These were patients, which even with conventional medicine would have been dead within
a year!
The Simonton's had stumbled onto a secret that travels as far back as the ancient Egyptians. Hermes,
the great Egyptian healer, concluded that diseases were caused by the mind and could be cured if the sufferer visualized himself
being healed. He also believed that if someone could control his thoughts and focus them, they could cause
changes in the physical universe. He believed that thoughts had both vibration and energy significant enough
to change the physical world, that is, if the thoughts were controlled and focused on a specific topic.
A physician named J.H. Schultz
did studies in Germany. He had patients sit in a relaxed state where they would try to mentally contact
the afflicted body parts. Four separate studies were conducted, one showed that 50% and 100% of asthma
suffers, who practiced the exercises, cleared up all of their symptoms. He called his creation, "Autogenic
Training."
Dr. William Bates developed a more controversial-visualization technique. It operated on the idea
of seeing the object as clearly with eyes open as you do in your mental imagery. He advocated seeing the
object as clearly with eyes open as you do with your eyes closed. He claimed, "A sharp mental image
helps the eye to relax, assuming its normal shape, sending an impression the brain recognizes as sharper."
The act of seeing requires the sense interpretation on the eye and the interpretation of that signal to the brain.
Having a great memory of something increases mental relaxation, which stimulates a better result from the visualization.
Edgar Cayce, the famous healer, could fall into a light trance and diagnose illnesses in persons sometimes thousands
of miles away. Generally, Cayce never knew these people. It is measured data, documented,
that "The Sleeping Prophet" was able to diagnose these illnesses to many thousands of clients. The
full list of his miracles is incredible. He would fall into trance and accurately diagnose the malady.
Each case is documented with the original, witnessed reading, along with the attending physicians written statements.
A transcript was then sent to the patients with the trance remarks, diagnosing the illness. A sidebar
to this story is that he also cured his own wife of advanced tuberculosis.
Freud and Jung also believed in visualization. Freud
wrote that "thinking in pictures," was the language of the unconscious. Thinking in pictures
is closer to the unconscious way of processing information than thinking in words. Jung stated that his
years spent in practicing visualization were easily, "the most important in my life."
It is important to note that
one will have a more difficult time, in manifesting the object of his/her desire, with one performance of visualization, than
to be had with a consistent practice of its fundamentals. The results will come in different amounts
of time, depending upon how well you image the goal and mentally see the actualization of the desired outcome.
How much emotion you put into the desired visualization is possibly the largest part of the act. It
is the constant barrage of visualization activity that produces the result. It is the continued hitting
of the hammer, which drives the nail in place. It is a prolonged and patient holding of the magnifying
glass, which slowly causes smoke, then summarily burns the leaf. Harold Sherman coined this great truth
perfectly, "drop by drop the pitcher fills, brimming over into your miracle."
Visualization includes creating
a mental picture, which represents the goal you are seeking. Augment the imaged goal with physical action
towards its attainment. This unites both inner and outer worlds. Be quiet and tell no
one of your desires. This only seems to separate your closeness with the subconscious. It
scatters your subconscious forces. Picture in your mind the way thing will be when you obtain this goal.
Picture all of the extras, which will come, along with your goal. If it is a new car you want, imagine
what color it will be. Picture all of the places you will go in it. What will the seats
look like? Does it have a great stereo? Imagine hearing your favorite music, while driving
with the sunroof down on your favorite day at your most happy hour. See yourself having your friends riding
with you, complimenting your new vehicle. The more accessories placed onto your visualization, the quicker
the attainment. This is the reasoning behind why; it always feels comfortable when you reach your goal.
You have already been there in thought. You have already done the desired things in your mind. The
subconscious mind cannot tell the difference between imagination and reality. Enjoy the emotional satisfaction
of the attainment of your visualized goal. Ripen your planted seeds of desire with strong positive emotion
and you will see your success come into reality. Creative Visualization is the power to control and direct
your personal destiny.
It is important to recognize that when we get excited about something, our first instinct is to talk about it.
This dissipates your thought process and emotion. Guard those thoughts as you would a huge diamond.
Remember though, that the inner actions of the mind are the only ideas, which are to be guarded.
Delegate your physical activities to attaining the goal sought without telling of your desire. Who
will care if you achieve your desired result, in a law abiding, and credible fashion?
There is a great book, by Melita
Denning and Osborne Phillips, titled, "Creative Visualization." The book outlines the, "how
to," in creative visualization. Begin by finding a point where your visualized image is formed. To
find this image, think of a large landscape in your mind. When the vision becomes clear, touch the middle
of your mental picture. Hold your finger there firmly for approximately thirty seconds. Most
likely it is the position in the center of your forehead and just above the eyebrows. This is the same
place where anyone, trying to think of something they forgot touches. Saying, "Oh no. I've got
to remember this!" Knowing where this position is will help you with your visualization.
Practice this twice a day, for a week, before you try to acquire anything from your visualization. Get
some practice ahead of time. This exercise will help you greatly with manifesting your desires.
The middle position of your mental picture is the same place where anyone thinking of something touches.
They touch this spot when they cannot remember something. Their finger goes right to this spot on
the forehead.
Think clearly about what you really want in life. Use emotion to convey the message of your desire over to your subconscious
mind. Realize, visualization is something you do with your mind, not with your eyes. When
visualizing, remember never to specify a material source of supply. When you ask for something from a specific
source, you cut yourself off from the wisdom of the subconscious. It is possible that your first idea of
where to gain your desire is the wrong one. Infinite intelligence, possessed by your subconscious, will
lead you toward the proper course. The truth is, who cares where you get the desire. As
long as it comes, so be it. The most obvious source may not be the correct one. The
source of the goal is unknown to man. We have only been allowed to gain from it, not to know its origin.
Simply visualize with expectancy and the reality will come to pass.
Now, recognize that there are
three things, which must be done during each visualization experiment. You must make up your mind about
what it is you wish for. Then, you must give your focus and concentration to the task. Finally,
you must be patient and allow your visualization to come to pass.
Attempt to visualize.
Practice with simple images first using a black piece of felt or a black piece of paper. Image a
white circle on the page. When you are capable of this, then you are capable enough to move forward with
your own desired visualization. Remember, always visualize and meditate with the belief that it is already
yours. The subconscious mind cannot tell the difference between reality and imagination. Believe
that the desire is yours and it will present itself into your life. You can also start out with what can
be referred to as the black board technique. Simply image an empty black board in your mind.
In your mind's eye, grab a piece of white chalk and make a circle on the black board. With that
done, erase the circle, and draw another one. Hold the image for a few minutes. Erase
the circle and repeat. Remember that emotion is the most important factor in any of these rules to the
road. Trying to incorporate all of your senses is second. Here is an example: The next
time you walk into a room, try out all of the different smells. See if there is anything beautiful to the
eye. Are there any noises you may have never heard before? Touch several of the objects
in a particular room. How do they feel to your hand. Smooth...rough...cold?
Another
technique for strengthening your ability to visualize is; staring at an inanimate object for ten seconds. Memorize
every quality, which the object possesses. Close your eyes and reproduce the image mentally.
When the image begins to fade, open your eyes and memorize it again. Repeat several times.
When using these procedures, it is pertinent, that whenever possible, you breath rhythmically. The
best advice on rhythmic breathing comes from a source the writer will not name. It is here, where the author
must ask the reader to, "trust me." The unnamed writer of much repute, states that we must resign
our breathing to an ancient form. This entails, four short breaths, followed by one long one.
This supposedly increases the energy in the body. A build up of energy makes it easier for the visualization
to become transmuted into reality. The Yogi's and the Swami's outline another style of breathing.
They describe a technique for breathing in "prana." Prana is the energy we gain from nature
by breathing correctly:
It involves covering one nostril and breathing in for four seconds.
Breathing out through the opposite nostril for double the amount of time.
Now breath in through the nostril just inhaled through for
four seconds.
Breath out through the opposite nostril.
This makes one cycle.
Do four repetitions
of this, per day, for the first week. Increase as you feel the need. Eventually move
up to eight. Learn to do this rhythmic breathing and you will love it. Plan on feeling
energized whenever you want, for the rest of your life. Rhythmic breathing adds force and form to your
visualizations.
It is also extremely important for you to include, in all of your morning and night, visualization techniques, a filling
of your entire body with white light. Picture a golf ball in your mind. Let this ball of white light grow and cover your entire
body. Now let this white light cover the entire room. Picture this white light pulsating
through your being, flowing and pulsing through your body--building energy and vigor. Do this before beginning
any visualization exercise. Spend a couple of minutes mentally growing this white light. It
is a powerful and imperative technique for opening up the energy channels located inside the body. Mastering
these techniques on visualization and rhythmic breathing, make up the fourth passageway through the maze of life.
These also make up the perimeter of the fourth Keys to the Kingdom.
Self-hypnosis is another misunderstood yet highly important technique for
facilitating the transmutation of desire. Self-hypnosis cassettes containing subliminal messages of positive
affirmations are an excellent method of reaching and releasing the powers of the subconscious mind. One
would simply have to watch the evening news, or peruse the literature with the best distribution, to understand that we are
constantly bombarded with negative thoughts and attitudes. Ever read the most purchased magazine in America,
"The National Enquirer?" This tabloid is brimmed over with negative press. No
wonder so many people fall into the rut of depression. Self-help tapes can be the quickest and most effective
way of eliminating years and years of negative programming. The subconscious mind records every negative
thought as well as every positive one. For every negative thought entered into the fertile soil of the
mind, one positive must remain to counterbalance the scale of subconscious thought. If negative thoughts
prevail, you get the picture. Hundreds of thousands of messages can be planted into your mind in a very
short amount of time. Use them and they will serve you well.
The author also suggests obtaining a cassette player, which has rotating play.
This way you may purchase and listen to subliminal tapes outlining your particular desire. You may also create your
own. By having the subliminal tapes played continuously, your subconscious can easily pick up the messages
by having the cassette rolling the positive, subliminal messages, over and over, anytime you are in the house or at work.
The
writer also suggests creating a self-hypnosis cassette with your own voice on it. Your mind will usually
work best with the sounds of a voice it has heard all of its life. Play it once before bed and once after
rising in the morning. Remember that all great men have been self-hypnotized whether they knew it or not. A
great deal of fine literature can be purchased on this subject, at any reputable bookstore. The following
is an excerpt of the finest self-hypnosis meditation yet found in the writer's studies. It is contained
in Paul Adams' book "The New Self-Hypnosis." You can record it onto cassette for easy use,
or if you so choose, you may memorize it:
"As I close my eyes, I go into a wonderful, deep state of relaxation, and I become more and more relaxed with
every breath I take. I feel the stream of air going into my nostrils and I go deeper with every breath
I take. I feel my heart beat and I go deeper with every beat of my heart. I feel my
pulse beat, and I go deeper with every beat of my pulse. Every breath I take puts me deeper into relaxation."
"I see myself walking along a beautiful, sandy beach. I see myself walking along a beautiful,
sandy beach. I am barefooted. I am barefooted, and I feel the warm sand between my toes.
(Pause and allow time for yourself to feel the sand between your toes.) As I walk along the beach,
I am becoming more and more tired. I am becoming comfortably tired. Off to one side
I see a huge sand dune. On top of the sand dune I see two large, beautiful pine trees. Between
the two pine trees is a hammock swinging gently in the breeze. Next to the trunk of one of the pine trees
are a bottle of cool, refreshing water."
"Because I am so tired, and since I am so thirsty, I will climb
to the top of the huge sand dune. When I get to the top, I will take a drink of water. Then
I will get into the hammock and go into the deepest state of relaxation possible for me at this time. When
I get into the hammock, I will go into the deepest state of relaxation possible at this time."
"I now start to run and I run. My legs become so tired that they momentarily give out on me.
I fall on my hands and knees. I see myself with my hands and knees in the sand. I
feel the sand oozing between my fingers. I feel the sand beneath my knees. My knees
are buried in the sand. I feel the sand oozing between my toes. I am becoming more and
more comfortably tired, and I can hardly wait to get to the top of the huge sand dune, so I can get into the hammock and go
into the deepest relaxation possible at this time. I now get up and proceed up the sand dune.
As I go up the side of the sand hill, I am becoming more and more comfortably tired. My legs become
tired and feel like lumps of lead. My arms become tired and feel like lumps of lead. The
trunk of my body becomes tired and feels like lumps of lead. My head becomes tired and feels like lumps
of lead. My whole body feels comfortably tired and heavy."
"I slowly walk up and up
until I reach the top of the sand hill. I slowly walk up and up until I reach the top of the sand dune.
I am almost at the top. I am almost at the top. I am getting closer and closer.
I am on top of the sand dune. Now I take a cool, refreshing drink of water. I
take a cool, refreshing drink of water. I am now climbing into the hammock. I am climbing
into the hammock. I get into the hammock. I stretch out and go into a deep state of
relaxation. I am now in the deepest state of relaxation possible to me at this time. As
I lie in this comfortable hammock, I feel waves of relaxation surging through my body."
"I
feel a gentle, pleasant, cool breeze caressing my body. I feel this cool breeze going over my face and
shoulders. It blows across my chest and abdomen. I feel its relaxing effect on my legs
and feet. I am relaxing more and more and going deeper and deeper than ever before into deep, deep, deep
relaxation."
" I feel the hammock being gently blown in the breeze. It sways back and forth and back and
forth. As it sways back and forth, I feel myself relaxing more and more and more and more.
As it sways back and forward I count backwards from ten to zero, and I go even deeper into hypnosis. Ten-as
I continue to relax more and more all the tensions and cares of the day leave me. Nine-as I go deeper and
deeper I feel myself in deep communication with God. I am very aware of his presence. Eight-Deeper
and deeper on down. Seven-I just let go and go deeper and deeper than ever before. Six-my
mind and body are becoming totally and completely relaxed. Five-Deeper and deeper on down.
Four-Down and down--down and down. Three-I let go more and more and go deeper and deeper.
Two-ooo-ooo-ooo...One-un-un-un...Zero-deep, deep, deep, deep hypnosis, deeper than ever before."
At this point use the suggestions and
awakening procedure.
The suggestion phase of self-hypnosis is where you state your
personal goals to be attained. An example would be: I want a new car. I
can afford this car . The car I want is ____ and ____ make and ____ model is already mine.
I already possess it. I deserve to own this car. I have earned it.
I love this car. I can see the _____ color. It makes me feel powerful and strong.
I own a great car. I love owning this car. The sunroof is great and the stereo
sounds excellent. My friends love riding in my new car.
The following is an example of a wake up procedure performed after the relaxation and suggestion
phase:
"In
the future when I wish to hypnotize myself all I will have to do is make myself comfortable and say, "relax now, relax
now, relax now." When I say these words I will immediately go into hypnosis. Each
time I go into hypnosis, I go under more quickly and more deeply. Every time I hypnotize
myself I get better at it. My suggestions are now sinking deeper and deeper into my subconscious.
My subconscious will automatically feed these thoughts back into my conscious life."
"Now I am going to return to
a normal state of consciousness. When I awaken I will feel wonderful. My mind will be
alert and my body will be fully coordinated. I will feel full of vigor, and vitality. I
will feel refreshed and revived. I will be completely normal in every way. I now count
to five and when I get to five will be fully awake. One-I am awakening." Two-all
heavy feeling leaves my body. Three-I am getting more and more awake, and I feel wonderful.
Four-my eyes open. Five-I take a deep breath and I am completely awake."
Each self-hypnosis session must contain the following four segments:
1. The induction (relaxing of body muscles)
2. The deepening process
3. The suggestion of your desires
4. The awakening process.
Remember to concentrate on your breathing. It
is very important to breathe in and out through your nose. The reasons for this are obvious.
Deep breathing links our bodies up with subconscious, having many of the same qualities as sleep. You
are lying similarly and breathing similarly to the bodily mannerisms performed during sleep. It
has been proven that all normal human beings dream during sleep. It has also been proven that dreaming
is activated by the subconscious. By resembling the stages of sleep in your breathing and in you mannerisms,
you will reach the subconscious more easily and freely than in any other area of this manual. By taking
slow, deep breaths you will give yourself the optimal opportunity to deliver the suggestion over to the subconscious mind.
Self-Hypnosis and subliminal message cassettes
is the fifth passageway through the maze of life. They also represent the fifth Key to the Kingdom.
Chapter 5:
Positive and Negative Thoughts
(Including Affirmation)
There are two great powers at work in this world. Good and bad. Positive and
negative. They have been around since the beginning of time and will remain until the end of time. Each
individual controls these two great forces. Shakespeare claimed, there is nothing good or bad but thinking
makes it so." Here is an example of how negative thoughts can create a negative reality.
A man is terrified of losing his job. He constantly thinks about it every waiting second.
This thought process causes him to think that maybe his employers are out to get him. He tells himself
that they do not like him. He begins, powered by these thoughts, to get nervous when his boss or any of
his colleagues are around. He has thoughts of his boss calling him in and telling him that he is being
let go. Swirling in his brain, the man has them while doing his reports, speaking with his co-workers,
eating his breakfast upon rising in the morning and before sleeping at night. If he continues this downward
spiral, a belief will get through to his subconscious. Affirming the inevitable, he botches a big business affair he could
have usually handled without deliberation. This mess up, created by repeated suggestion, brings about the
untimely outcome...He is fired by his company.
Every thought we have is giving its part to the ultimate result of our life. Keep as many thoughts
positive as physically possible. Thoughts are physical entities. They are as real as
the coffee table or the bedroom dresser. Take each one of them and energize them with happiness and expectancy.
Do them with the belief that you already possess the desired item or state of being. Commit your
mind to continuously harboring these thoughts of prosperity and love and success. Thoughts collect after
their own kind. They link up like magnets to what you give your attention to. The more
often you commit your thoughts to something specific the more often you tend to be around what you think about.
Here is an example: Think of the last car you have purchased. Now think about
how many times you have seen your exact same color and model vehicle in the last handful of weeks. A great
fact of life is, whatever you think about frequently will come to you and be around you. You have spent
a great deal of thought and energy in making your car purchase. By giving all of your mind energy to this,
you have easily come to recognize similar automobiles. This is because you have diligently dedicated your
thoughts to your own car, which is nearly a duplicate of those you see around you.
The physical nature
of existence is rooted in change. Our body regenerates each cell every seven years. Everything
a person can acquire or lose is based upon thoughts continued in the mind. If we can change our physical
bodies every seven years, isn't it logical that we can change and mold our physical surroundings as well?
The physical world is so transitory, it is obvious that we have a play in shaping its hue and character.
The truth is...anytime we image something better, we are already past the first step to acquiring it. Everything,
which we acquire in this life, is a compilation of our thoughts. Good or bad. Every
thought seed planted into the fertile soil of the mind, will grow and become harvested into reality.
Positive thought is actually an act of harmonizing with the mind. It gives energy and vitality to
your life. Negative thoughts conflict and fatigue the mind, leaving you tired and exhausted.
When you get on the correct path toward your desires, you will be amazed at how much energy you will have.
Have you ever seen a child at Christmas? The child may have slept only an hour or two, but he/she
will be full of energy and enthusiasm. Why? The child has filled its body with expectation
and energetic desire. The energy is practically limitless. On the downside, the person
who hates his job, will feel anything but full of vigor and vitality early in the morning. He hates his
job. The last thing in the world he wants to do is go to work. He conflicts with the
will by creating negative thoughts and expects a negative outcome. "I'm in no mood to go to work
today." "I am too tired to go in." "Oh, no, the boss wants me to
start on the Weaver account today!" These negative affirmations sap the spirit and kill the will.
Leaving a tired and frustrated worker.
This is why when someone hurts your feelings or angers you, it is imperative for you to forgive them, and to get away
from the negative thoughts you are harboring. If you do not, they will continue to come to you with greater
intensity and frequency. Feeling the emotions of anger and negativity do the exact opposite the positive
thoughts and emotions do. When you do feel angry or hurt, it is imperative to take ten seconds of silence
and regroup, focusing firmly on your goals and the things, which make you, tick with happiness. Sing to yourself your song
of desire. Think and act positively. Bite your tongue and the thought will pass.
It is only by holding on to the negative thought that it gets through to the subconscious mind, creating the negative
reality. Tell yourself, when you first wake up, "this is going to be an incredible day...I can't
wait to get things rolling. I am going to live today like it is the last day of my life. What
beautiful things will come my way today. I am such a lucky, happy, successful individual. I
get to live my life exactly as I want. I expect great things to come my way. Only
then can growth come out of the situation. Rabelais wrote, "Wisdom enters not the malicious mind."
Also remember the great truth, "Act as though I am and I will be."
Affirmations
and mantras, are defined as...the saying often of verbal or mental chants, which keep you thinking of your wishes.
Sing in your mind about your goal. I've got a new car...I've got a new car...Choose affirmations
which use your favorite qualities or words that you wish to exemplify or acquire. Choose a word for your
core thought. Joy, money, love, happiness, or whatever it is that you desire to have present in your life.
Create a clear and strong image as you repeat the mantra. Link large emotional passion to your affirmations,
and as you repeat the vibration, with practice, it will become a part of your being. Use creative imagery when making these
affirmations. An example would be: I am successful in all of my endeavors.
Picture yourself doing excellently well in all of your daily activities. See yourself being confident
and actually perfoming perfectly at work or in your social existence. See yourself in all of the areas
of your life. Succeeding!
Here are some really powerful affirmations:
I am confident and at ease in every situation.
I love my life!
I am an interesting and exciting person.
Everything is possible!
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!
I look for the beautiful in all things.
Every person I meet can teach me something.
I am happy, creative, and fulfilled.
There are sources of support and inspiration all around me.
There is nothing that I cannot do.
I give thanks for the wealth in my life.
I give thanks for the treasures in my life.
Today is full of hope and reward.
I look for the gift in every experience.
Here
is one of my own...
I'm rich, infinitely wealthy
I'm rich got more money than I need
I'm rich I broke the gold standard
I'm rich Gold is what I bleed
A King's ransom I can afford
I never wanted anything more...
Positive affirmations, repeated often with feeling are the sixth passageway
through the maze of life. They are also the sixth Key to the Kingdom.
Chapter 6:
Desire and Goal Setting
Desire is prayer. Many people desire happiness, love, and peace of mind. They
do not reach these states of being because they do not specify clear goals. You can have anything you want
but you can't have all things. This great truth shows us that we must decide what it is exactly that
we want. Only knowing that we need something new is not enough. We must choose specifically
and make deliberate plans to gain the desire. Also, remember that you should tell no one about your goal
setting. Speak to no one about them. For when you do, you scatter the forces around
making it much harder for the subconscious to go about its business. Set your goals and keep them near
you. Tell no one just what it is that you desire.
The average mind has approximately 50,000 thoughts per day---to obtain massive change one must physically
work to create only 1000 of those thoughts. Think about this for a second. Imagine that
if you looked at your goals everyday. If you looked at and pictured them constantly? Look
at your goals many times a day. Picture them as clearly as possible. Link large emotion
to these periods and you will create massive change in your thought processes. Spending one/fifth of each
day is not too tall an order to reach a life goal. It means about an hour a day. Spread
them out however you wish. Fifteen minutes in the morning. Fifteen minutes at lunch.
Fifteen minutes after supper. Fifteen minutes before bed. If you do the morning
and night visualization techniques, your whole sleep time will be imbedding your subconscious. This is one third of your day.
So you only have to spend a small portion of your day in thought of your goal and desire. A good rule of
thumb would be, every half-hour, try to think of your goal. It may only be a small thought and last no
more than a second or two. Still, these moments are imperative. They link up your subconscious
with the path you are choosing. This is when your goal begins to become a reality.
Work
yourself up to an obsessive frenzy when thinking about your goal. Do this every chance you get, when you
go to the restroom, or in an off time at work. Think with pleasure about the novel you dreamed of writing
or the extra cash you want or need...picture it already being alive and real. The mind cannot distinguish
between reality and imagination. This is why dreams often seem so real. Consistent focus
on one primary interest will lead a mental pathway from thought to physical. The study of great men and
women of genius will define this idea. Edison, Einstein, Tesla, Michelangelo, Emerson, Ghandi, Martin Luther
King Jr, Maria Curie and even Elvis. These people attained greatness by concerning themselves with ONE
specific aim and goal performed over a long period of time. This is where greatness is attained.
There is an old saying: Take one thing and do it better than anybody else...The world will
move out of the way and clear a path for the person who knows exactly what he or she wants. This reminds
me of the story of the concert pianist whom an emotional person in the audience approaches after a performance.
Teary-eyed, the man says to the pianist, "I would give my life to be able to play piano the way you do."
The pianist soulfully then retorts to the man, "I DID." Consistent focus over an interim
of time is the secret to attaining any desire. The magnifying glass burns the leaf only after being held
in position--until the sun's rays are concentrated.
Chapter 7:
Coincidence and synchronicity
(How to multiply their occurrence and chance)
Have you ever thought of your mother, best friend, or someone from work, and found within seconds the phone ringing...with
you knowing who it was on the line. Or have an image of someone in particular pass through your thoughts
only to find them in the grocery line, at the post office, at a red light, or in the next restroom stall of a restaurant to
which you had never been. Many will shrug these situations off as circumstance, many will say that this
is a simple chance happening with no meaning or relevance. This is false. Every instance
in each life has meaning. The next time this happens to you recognize it as something you should spend
some thought upon. Ask yourself the questions, "What does this mean to my life at this time?"
What can I do with this situation to help me towards my destiny?" "Is there anything I
can learn from this at this particular time or later?" Recognizing these moments are crucial to understanding
the meaning and using these segments to grow from. This recognition, along with meditation and journal
keeping, of the happenings in dreams and in life, will stimulate these occurrences and multiply them.
Here is an example in my own life. I decided to purchase a
laptop computer. It just so happens that it is the same computer upon which I am writing this book.
I first made a clear picture of what it would look like. I decided how much I would pay for it.
I wrote in my journal the amount I would pay for it, as well as how long it would take to acquire. I
searched through the trades until I found several listings that might work for me. I called several numbers
but they had either been sold or were overpriced. For three days, I tried this particular number
that seemed to constantly catch my eye. I did not realize it at the time, asking my computer friends about
the model. It was considered old and outdated. Still, I decided to call.
A very nice gentleman answered the phone and told me that he had already sold the one in the listing, "BUT,"
I could have another computer for the same price. It simply had less software and no printer.
It was in mint condition and listed for much, much more than any of the others I had inquired about. It
took me only a week to get this desire because I consistently kept thinking about it and looking for it. The
perfect computer had no choice but to find me as well. It has been written that, anything obsessively desired has an exact
counterpart, which also equally desires the other.
It has been said that Edison claimed that
he finally figured out the secret to the electric lamp, (an accomplishment years and years and years ahead of its time), because
he ran out of mistakes to make. He "HAD" to make to correct assumption, after making over ten
thousand mistakes. It took him over nine thousand mistakes to develop the filament, which would carry the electric current,
and produce light. The bigger the goal, the more intense the course in these strategies. It
is easier to gain a new television than it is to become an accomplished singer or poet. The greater the
goal, the more frequency and degree of clear thought must be given to the manipulation of this manuscript. Follow
these rules of the road and anything you desire can be attained.
Chapter 8:
Mind mapping
When you
pack for a trip, you make a list of all the things you need. If you do not have them, you go to the store
to pick them up. As you gain these items, you scratch them off of the list. The same
can be done with your desires. Create an itemized list of all the things you want in life.
The mind map will guide you to your destination. This map is much the same as
cue cards, yet you should make pictures, or cut out newspapers, or tear out pictures from magazines, which represent your
end goal. Give yourself and ample amount of time with which to attain these desires. A
month should suffice for the average goal. Find a specific picture for every day. Thirty
should do. Tear them out and place them on one large cardboard bulletin board. Hang
this up in your home, so that you will see it every day. Look at the bulletin board every day.
While staring at the pictures of the specific days, imagine yourself acquiring these goals. Have
one picture for each activity you must complete to gain your objective. The picture, at the back of the
thirty-or-so days, is your end objective.
Search through old magazines you have around. Come up with as many specific pictures as possible
to entirely encompass your desire. Put all of these pictures, from the magazines, onto a bulletin board.
Take, for example, several pictures that will identify what you want. If it is a new television,
does it have a remote control? Is it connected with all of the channels you may want? Is
it a big screen, or does a smaller size work best for your space constraints? Draw a picture of yourself
watching your favorite program. Hang it onto the bulletin board. It will equal an accessory
for one of the days. Collect as many detailed pictures as possible. The more pictures
you are able to have of your desire, the more clearly the realization. Make the pictures show the steps
with which you will go about in your daily activities. See yourself saving the money for the television, in one of the pictures.
Looking for one at the pawnshops. Working and thinking about your goal of a television.
These are a simple list of things that go along with your goal. Simply accessories to the actual
desire. These additions to your goal, make a deeper impression on the subconscious, reciprocating your
desire into the physical realm.
It is also important to have pictures of the activities needed to gain your aim. If
it is a television you want, where are all of the places around who might sell them? Is there any garage
sales listed in the newspapers, or on telephone poles? Do any of your friends have one they are looking
to sell? Go to the local colleges and look on the bulletin boards hanging in the recreation areas.
At semesters end, there are many students who cannot take their television or leave them over the summer.
You will be amazed at how many places you may have never even thought of. Take the time to look
and you will be surprised. You can have anything you want in the world! If you will
visualize according to these guidelines, and take action towards its realization. Mind Mapping is the final
passageway through the maze of life. It is also the Seventh Key to the Kingdom.
Epilogue:
All seven keys to the kingdom, inherently, carry the magic power to bring your desire to life. Each
individual key, if diligently applied, will lead to your goal. The writer firmly believes that conjunctively
using all keys, together in sequence, will bring about the desire with much less time. Optimally, if used
in conjunction, all of the keys will bring your desire into reality. Remember that all things are created
twice. First, the thing is created in the mind. Second, it is transmuted, or recreated
in real life. Remember that the mind cannot tell the difference between imagination and reality.
Look around your house...Every thing you see was once only an idea in someone's mind. I.E.,
The television set, your dresser drawer, the grandfather clock in your living room, the iron used to starch your dress shirts
and any and every thing else you could possibly imagine.
To achieve optimal
results on your path to success and desire attainment, use all seven steps every day. This does
not have to take many hours to complete. Each day upon rising, complete all seven of the steps.
While still lying in bed, repeat the affirmations from chapter six. Picture the end means of your
goal for several minutes while breathing rhythmically. Four short breaths and one long to fill your body
with energy. Imagine a glowing white ball of light expanding and emanating from your forehead.
Get out of bed seeing the cue cards of your desire. Have them all over the house. While
brushing your teeth and preparing for the day, look into your reflection and confidently tell yourself that you are going
to get what is sought. Believe in its reality with every fiber of your being. State
your aims into the pupils of your eyes with big feeling. You have already seen the end result in your mind.
While in the shower, sing about your objective..."I've got a new car!" Remember
to always link great positive emotion to your mind picture. Ex...laughter, and/or strong, loving, feeling.
Emotion is given first priority by the subconscious. Construct your mind map. Have
thirty pictures outlining each day of the month. Before leaving for work, look at the bulletin board.
Take the required activity along with you to the office. If it is a home you are seeking, one activity
could be, checking the newspaper or calling realtors. Speak with friends and others who you feel could
enable your mission. It is important to follow all hunches and intuitions. Do not question
these feelings, simply go with them.
At work, have your cue cards where you can see them. Have a mirror in your office or on your desk.
Every hour or so, look into the mirror and affirm your goal with emotion. Make sure that you see
your cue cards at all times of the day. Have them everywhere. Just be sure to tell no
one of your desire. Talking about your goal scatters your forces, losing the close connection you are now
building with your subconscious mind. Every time you go to the restroom, repeat your reflection application.
Take the cue card out of your pocket and visualize. Breathe rhythmically as often as possible.
On your lunch break or on your way home, do the specific outlined storyboard activity. After work
and returning home, once again see the cue cards. Visualize. Every time you go into
the bathroom or peer into a mirror, this means every time, do the reflection application with laughter
or positive emotion. Before retiring, play your subliminal cassettes. The
author's favorite cassettes of this type can be ordered by contacting--Mindercise Productions, P.O.Box 7443,
Thousand Oaks, CA 91359. For a small fee, these tapes boast of a new technology.
The subliminal tape tells you to hear these messages as you would have heard them 100,000 times!! Create
your own self-hypnosis tape on a small cassette recorder, tailored to your exact goal--with your own voice emanating the sounds
outlined in the self-hypnosis chapter. This will illustrate the idea. Listen to it before
going to sleep. Do the reflection application before sleep. Look at the cue cards and
visualize with the end in mind. Believe that you have already acquired what it is that you want.
Know in your heart that you will get your desire. Wake in the morning repeating the events.
If you repeat these small steps daily, you will see measurable results.
You can create you future. The results will come immediately or with a time delay depending on your
mental frequency and degree of emotion or intensity. Following this outline will link your subconscious
to the common subconscious mind of all humanity, bringing about the desired results and synchronicity. They
will come to you in many strange ways, ways possibly unknown to you. These specific circumstances help
and aid you to your desired end goal. They will come to you like magnetized electricity, physically surrounding
you in your real life. Make sure that you are looking for them to present themselves. They
resemble themselves to television programs with which you must "tune in." Be on the look out.
See yourself physically actually acquiring the things sought in your visualization. See yourself
gaining the thing you would want to obtain. Let's say you want to write a book. You
must picture in your mind, the end. Having the book published, having it finished and completed.
See yourself writing the final chapter, sitting at the computer or typewriter. Visualize and hold
that thought with fervor and gusto. Never allow it to fade. Hold the thought in your
mind consistently and persistently. Sooner or later, it will materialize after its kind into the physical
reality. That idea will become translated from the imagination into the physical. The
subconscious mind, once taking over the idea, will stop at nothing to get your desire for you. This is
why you must hold on to your image constantly and continuously. Developing it with action. Take action
toward your goal, while believing you are going to get it, and it is promised that you will have it without question.
The Chinese Mystic, Lao Tzu claimed..."He who knows how to plant, shall not have his plant uprooted; He who knows
how to hold a thing, shall not have it taken away." Determine to photograph every detail of your goal.
Repetition of these same thoughts makes the reality possible. Even the Bible states..."Ask
and you shall receive, knock and it will be opened unto you."
Rhythmic breathing,
pined with self-hypnosis, meditation, (the state before suggestion or prayer, which relaxes the body and gets it ready), reflection
application, cue cards, positive affirmations upon rising and before sleeping, mind picturing and mapping, will bring about
speedier returns, if used in conjunction. Remember, it is harder for the mind to create the clear
picture than it is for the subconscious to reproduce it into reality. All of these used together, make
for the greatest combination in quickly realizing any desire, ambition, goal or dream. Mind picturing alone
will bring about the desired result. It will, however, take much longer and much more diligence, desire
and emotion to gain it. If you will link up rhythmic breathing, while mind picturing in the mirror, looking
over at a cue card, while firmly emotionalizing this belief and indoctrinating it into your character, the results are practically
immediate. They set the subconscious into action, going about its business, to bring about the result as
quickly as possible. Remember that the mind cannot tell the difference between imagination and reality.
This is why our dreams seem so real. Have you ever had a dream that seemed so real, for a moment
when you awoke, you did not know for sure if you were in reality or in your imagination? Remember always,
that it is more difficult to create the thought than it is for the subconscious to create the reality. Use
all seven Keys to the Kingdom when going after each desire. The manifestation and transmutation of that
image is then completely and much more easily gotten over to the subconscious mind. This swings the door
wide, allowing the conscious thoughts to be turned over to the reality creating power of the subconscious mind.
The result is engrained deeply into the tracks of the subconscious mind so quickly, definitely and strongly, that they
have no recourse but to allow the ideas to jump into your life. Carrying with them many synchronistic and
coincidental events, which lead a direct line from where you are, to where your desire stands.
